This is the first knitting pattern I have written so bear with me if it's not that well done. If you want to do it from the bottom up just CO 52. Where I cast on another stitch just knit/purl 2 together.
You can make this for yourself or as a gift. You are more than welcome to sell the finished product, just give me credit for the pattern. Do not repost this pattern and claim it as your own.

Sew back of dress from bottom using mattress stitch. Leave top 2 inches open, attach button and loop at top.

The shoes are not my design, they just went with the dress. I made these 10 rows and left off the laces so they'd look like boots instead of sneakers. You can find the free pattern here:  http://rapunzelmodernday.blogspot.com.au/2013/05/crochet-lalaloopsy-shoes.html
